## Our approach: diagnose first, then the gentlest care that works

Pain is a symptom. Before we treat anything, we find out what’s causing it — a thorough history, hands-on exam, and on-site X-rays when needed. Then Dr. O’Neill explains exactly what he sees and recommends the least invasive care likely to work.

Sometimes that’s a short course of adjustments. Sometimes it’s decompression for a disc problem. And sometimes it’s a referral to another specialist — because honest care has been the rule here for 35 years.

## Supporting therapies

Alongside adjustments and decompression, your plan may include therapeutic exercise and stretching programs, therapeutic ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulation, interferential electro-therapy, massage therapy and myofascial release — each chosen to speed your recovery, not pad your bill.

## Car accident, work & sports injuries

We regularly care for patients after auto accidents (PIP insurance), on-the-job injuries (workers’ compensation) and sports injuries. If you’ve been in an accident, don’t wait — in Florida you have a limited window to seek care under PIP coverage, and early treatment matters for both your health and your claim.

**Q. How fast will I feel relief?**

Many patients feel a difference within their first few visits, though disc-related conditions typically take longer. We set honest expectations after your exam — and re-evaluate constantly.

**Q. Do you take X-rays?**

Yes, on site when clinically needed. Seeing the structure of your spine removes the guesswork from diagnosis and lets us show you exactly what’s going on.

**Q. Can you treat me after a car accident?**

Yes. We handle auto-injury (PIP) cases regularly and can coordinate the paperwork. Florida’s PIP law gives you only 14 days from the accident to seek initial care, so call promptly.

**Q. What if chiropractic can’t fix my problem?**

Then we’ll say so, and help you find the right specialist. Patients stay with us for decades because we never treat what we can’t help.
