Quick answer
Bonita Chiropractic Center accepts most insurance plans — including Medicare, major PPOs, auto accident (PIP) and workers’ compensation. Call (239) 992-5311 with your insurance card handy and our front desk will verify your benefits before your first visit. No long-term contracts or pre-payment plans, ever.
Insurance we work with
- Medicare — we’re experienced with Medicare’s chiropractic coverage and will explain exactly what it does and doesn’t pay for
- Major medical & PPO plans — most plans include chiropractic benefits; we verify yours up front
- Auto accident — PIP — Florida personal injury protection covers care after a crash; remember the 14-day window to seek treatment
- Workers’ compensation — injured on the job? We handle work-comp cases and the paperwork that comes with them
No insurance? Our pricing is deliberately conservative, and short-term relief plans mean you’re never paying for more care than you need. Call and ask — we’ll quote you honestly.
Your first visit, step by step
- 1. A real conversation. What hurts, when it started, what makes it better or worse, what you’ve already tried.
- 2. A thorough exam. Orthopedic, neurological and chiropractic testing — plus on-site X-rays if clinically needed.
- 3. Plain-English findings. Dr. O’Neill shows you what he found and what it means. You’ll understand your own spine before any treatment starts.
- 4. A simple plan. Short-term, honest, and re-evaluated as you improve. Most first visits include treatment the same day.
What to bring
- Photo ID and your insurance card
- A list of current medications
- Any recent imaging or reports (X-ray, MRI, CT) if you have them
- Comfortable clothing you can move in
Please arrive about 15 minutes early for new-patient paperwork — or call the office and we’ll be happy to walk you through anything in advance.
